IMPORTANT DIRECTION INSTRUCTIONS FOR NEW YEARS EVE

Below you will find the PASS you need to pass through the times square NYPD barricades in order to get to the hard rock hotel to enter the NYE event.  Please do your best to print these passes as well as your tickets for the smoothest time with the NYPD.  If you absolutely can not print them then please have them ready to show on your phone, although that is not recommended.  The hotel will have staff by the barricade on 48th street and 6th avenue which is the entry point you should be coming to in order to pass.  Please give yourself extra time to make sure if you have any delays you still make it in a timely fashion.  

SOME MORE IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PARTY VENUES IN TIMES SQUARE

• You MUST enter the Times Square area at the NYPD entry point on 48th street and 6th avenue in order to access this event

• There will be barricades set up throughout Times Square at the discretion of NYPD that will limit where pedestrians can / cannot walk on New Year's Eve

• The New York Police Department requires that guests present physical printed tickets in order to access party venues that are within the barricaded area of Times Square.

• Attached is the Times Square Pass that you MUST PRINT and bring with you as well to show at the NYPD entry point.

• Large crowds should be expected and you may be required to wait outside for a period of time (Show up early and help reduce the wait time)

• Regardless of admittance time to your party, try to enter the Times Square area at your designated venue entry point no later than 8 PM for the smoothest entry.  Although you can technically come at any time, this is just to make it a smoother process.  

• All movement in the area will be at the discretion of NYPD and guests accept all risks and agree to adhere to all NYPD rules and regulations for the evening

• Strict admittance restrictions may be in place during the ball drop (11:30 PM - 12:15 AM)
