This event will proceed regardless of weather conditions! In the event of severe weather, the open rooftop (Azul) will be closed, but guests will still have access to the indoor rooftop level (Bar Hugo).
Fireworks displays are provided at the discretion of local authorities (weather permitting). Fireworks viewing can't be guaranteed!
All sales are final, and no refund or credit will be issued under any circumstances unless the event is canceled or rescheduled. No refunds or credits will be warranted for any and all claims, including those related to weather, check-in wait times, or fireworks viewing.
